July 09, 2012 - Briggs Equipment is set to become the national supplier of materials handling equipment to the Royal Mail Group after securing a new, multi-million pound, contract.
The leading service provider and distributor of Yale Europe Materials Handling Equipment overcame stiff competition to secure the deal that will see it supply around 600 trucks to Royal Mail and Post Office depots across the UK.
The mixed fleet will include electric, diesel and LPG counterbalance trucks as well as a range of warehouse equipment.

In addition to supplying and maintaining the machines on a long-term hire agreement, Briggs will also be responsible for the service and maintenance of the Group’s existing, purchased, equipment.
