Prior to setting up Changeworks Communications, Sue Tupling had a successful 15-year career in senior marketing and business development roles for large organisations such as BRIGGS EQUIPMENT, FINNING/CATERPILLAR, GEOPOST UK, HAGER UK LTD, HOMESERVE GB LTD and THERMO ELECTRON INC. Much of this work was highly strategic involving extensive change management, new product development, corporate communications, brand development and direct and e-marketing.

Sue is a Chartered Marketer and full member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and the Chartered Institute of Public Relations. She also lectures on the CIM's Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing at Staffordshire University.

In addition, Sue is an accredited executive coach, a master practitioner of the applied psychology of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and an accredited Trainer of Business NLP. She recently served on the board of trustees of the International Stress Management Association (ISMA), advising the charity on media relations and other aspects of communication.

She has several postgraduate qualifications in marketing and communications and studied her Masters degree in at the University of Aberdeen, and has a BSc (Hons) from Aston University. Sue is married and lives in Staffordshire, where she enjoys walking and cycling and is also a passionate photographer.

Tiffany has been with Changeworks Communications as a Marketing & PR Assistant since 2008 after she graduated from the University of Winchester with a BA Honours Degree in Film and American Culture. Her enthusiasm for the media has developed over many years and in February 2008, she undergone work experience at the BBC Television Centre in London which gave her real insights to the industry.

Tiffany has a keen desire for travel and lived in the USA for six months after being chosen to take part in an American Exchange Programme coordinated by her University. Here she studied at the University of Wisconsin; Eau Claire majoring in Liberal Arts and saw many of sights the USA had to offer. Living in Stone, Tiffany enjoys film making, drawing and reading.
